Concept Formed as a partnership between K Brown and C Matthews.
First full time employees start in march 1991.
March 1992 partnership dissolved and K Brown continued to trade as sole trader.
1993 full time surveyor taken on to help with the increased tenders coming through growing reputation of delivering fast track projects
Large Contract awarded to decorate Tom Cobleigh Public house’s throughout the midlands awarded.
1994 Concept Moves to new premises in Stapleford to accommodate a spray shop for the increased turnover of bar furniture with in the leisure sector.
Business Growth
Employee numbers double to 15.
1996 works in the hospitality and leisure sector continue to grow with Weatherspoons Public house coming online along with Nandos restaurants throughout the London Area.
1999 Move to new purpose built unit in Derbyshire to accommodate more office space as staff numbers increased to 22 operatives and 2 surveyors and one admin assistant office.
Limited Company Formed
August company becomes a private limited company.
2008 Company buys new premises back in Stapleford to gain easier access to road network and assist with savings on travel to client sites.
2012 Company embarks on new stream of work with Maintenance of Social Housing and is awarded a 2 year contract with a value of £500,000 this leads to a fresh direction away from the leisure and hospitality sectors in to the more general new build and local authority contracts.
Improved Systems & Covid 19
2018 company brings in a Specialist to help develop a slimline administration and accounts processes which results in better internal processes for internal staff and our clients.
This caused revenue to drop by over half.
Business Returns to Growth
By increasing our involvement in the new build health care sector, revenue as grown year on year with turnover now growing by 10-15% annually.
With new contract wins and further expansion planned, the business is going from strengh to strengh.
